Wrong delivered layout

A colleague and I ordered 2 TypeMatrix 2030 with Black french azerty skins, but belgium azerty skins have been delivered instead (and unfortunately, we are french).
We already have send a mail to Agnès but we did not hqve any answer for now.
What is the procedure to receive the french azerty that we ordered? -
