keyboard doesn't work at all

    Just got my new typematrix 2020, plugged it into the USB adaptor, turned on the computer and all I get is USB device not recognized and I can't use the keyboard at all. Has anyone had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

    What USB adapter are you using? And what Operating System are you running on your computer?
