Column not working

    Hi,

    I use a 2030 keyborard for a little more than a year now. This morning 4 keys of the third column are not working.

    Does anybody has an idea of what to do as my keyboard in not under warranty any more (and I'm in France)?

    Please contact us directly at support@typematrix.com and we'll see if we can get you a replacement (if you haven't already done so). We've recently extended our warranty to 2 years.

    Hi just to say that after contacting the support they send me another keyboard to replace the old one. So no problem, the support is very good.
