Ordered not received after 2 weeks

Hello,
I have ordered my typematrix keyboard 2 weeks ago and I did not received it yet. Plus, the support does not reply back to my message. This is weird because the day after my order I received a mail saying it was shipped. But no tracking number provided.
I don't know what to do now... -
dada009 --Please email us again -- we try to respond to all emails so I'm not sure why you have not heard from us. If you are in France or Europe, there has been a delay around the ordering of some skins, but those orders should be going out early this coming week.
